- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
🚚 Shipping Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates in Egypt: 3–5 business days
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable (coming soon!)

- All items are carefully packed to preserve freshness and prevent leakage or damage.
- For honey jars, we use extra protection to ensure your order arrives safely and intact.
