3. Orders and Payments

- Orders are confirmed once full payment is received or cash-on-delivery is selected.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspicious activity.

- You’ll receive confirmation and tracking updates via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- Deliveries are fulfilled within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

- Delays due to courier service or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

- You may cancel your order at any time, even after it has shipped.

- We offer free returns always, no matter the reason.

- Refunds are processed instantly via InstaPay, or optionally through Vodafone Cash, bank transfer, or cash.
